Refund Policy

Because our items are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final unless noted below.

Eligibility

• If your item arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue within 30 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a replacement.

• Should your item arrive unassembled, I will be posting how to repair this shortly.

• If your item/items arrive damaged,  store credit will be issued or replacement in the event that item is out of stock.

• Damage caused by user error is not eligible.

• Approved replacements will be processed within 5-10 business days (Mon–Fri, not including holidays).

• Approved Store Credits or Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

• Returns are not required unless we specifically request one.
